We at Tshirt-Factory use several print technologies and adapt them according to the requirements.

DTF process:

- the design is printed on a roll of film, and then the transfer is made directly on the fabric.

- It is made on almost any type of textile material, whether it is polyester, cotton, silk or synthetic fibers such as viscose.

DTG Process:

- "direct to garment" i.e. directly in the fabric.

- we recommend the water-based ink we use, which together with the 100% organic cotton t-shirt results in a very friendly product for your skin and the environment.

Screen Printing Process

- process of printing on smooth surfaces that consists in applying a layer of ink to the material to be printed on through a template with cutouts covered with a fine sieve.

- The image made by screen printing consists of a number of points that is given by the number of meshes of the screen from which the mask is made.

The Sublimation Process

- printing technique that allows your ideas to be visible at their maximum potential.

- Sublimation is carried out with the best quality and detail on synthetic textiles, more precisely those that contain synthetic material or have been pre-treated for sublimation with acrylic or polyester.

- Fabrics that are printed with the help of sublimation are water resistant, durable over time and their design does not scratch. The unique advantage of this technique is that the printing is durable and guarantees 100% fidelity of the image.

The Embroidery Process

- is a type of relief stitch made on a textile support, in various colors, with the aim of decorating and beautifying textile articles.

- the computer programs we use at the embroidery workshop allow us to create any type of embroidery with maximum precision of details and complex combination of colors, text, logos and graphic elements.

UV printing process:

- is the process by means of ultraviolet light.

- the UV technique is used for different types of materials, such as paper, glass, cardboard, wood, metal or acrylic.

- this has the ability to provide superior quality to printed materials by drying the ink as it is printed on their surface

UV lamps act by quickly drying the print, positively contributing to its fixation and strengthening.
